Refund policy

At Aurelys Melbourne, we always offer you the option to return your order. The return option is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Please ensure that items are returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Keep the return receipt in a safe place until the return has been fully processed. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Return Conditions

  1. The order must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
  2. The item must show only normal handling; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products where hygiene is a concern cannot be returned.
  4. Notice of return must be given immediately upon receipt of the order.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If the return meets all conditions, it will be officially confirmed within this period.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our return conditions.

Refund Policy

  • We will refund all costs except shipping costs and any additional charges incurred from selecting a delivery method other than our standard shipping option.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal request and returned goods.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Your first and last name
Your address
Reason for return request
Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

You will receive an email from us with the return address. Never send your return to the sender’s address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
